The Minutes of the City Council Meeting held on Monday, November 28, 2016 at
1:00 p.m. in the Council Chamber of the City Hall, 11995 Haney Place, Maple Ridge,
British Columbia for the purpose of transacting regular City business.

3.0 2017-2021 BUS/NESS PLAN REV/EW
3.1 BUSINESS PLANNING & FINANCIAL OVERVIEW
The Mayor introduced the City's process and the importance of business
planning.
The Manager of Sustainability and Corporate Planning provided an overview of
the schedule and the business planning process.
The General Manager of Corporate and Financial Services presented the
Financial Plan Overview.
3.2 ADMINISTRATION DIVISION
The Manager of Sustainability and Corporate Planning presented the
Administration Division Business Plans and individual directors and managers
responded to Council questions.

It was moved and seconded
To remove the item on page 3 of the Communications Plan titled "Work with
the Agricultural Advisory Committee to develop information for the web site".
DEFEATED
Councillors Duncan, Masse and Speirs - OPPOSED
Note: Councillor Masse left the meeting at 3:46 p.m.
