Shortage Response Plan Bylaw 6307-2005. The permit shall be affixed to a post facing the street serving the premises, beside the principal driveway so that it is visible from the street.
The permit is issued specifically for new lawns or for nematode application to control the spread of European Chafer Beetle. The permitted sprinkling will be done during the hours stipulated
on the permit. The fee paid is non-refundable. The permit is issued to the property at this address for a period of 21 days. Upon expiry of this permit, the prevailing sprinkling restrictions
or ban will be applicable and observed. Should Stage 4 Restrictions be announced, the permit is no longer valid. I, the undersigned, agree to abide by the permit conditions listed above
