To improve 123 Avenue which is a designated cycle route that connects to schools, park and commercial areas. 2. To provide AAA (All Ages and Abilities) cycling facilities. 3. There are 41% of residents who are interested in cycling but concerned or deterred by safety concerns. Lower mainland cities are striving to provide AAA cycling facilities to encourage those interested but concerned residents to increase cycling mode share.
