AGENDA: F estival Review Update Grant Program Timeline Incremental F unding 2017 Business Planning Round Table Grassroots Grants: Event or ganizers are invited to apply for Grassroots Grant Funding for small community festivals that are volunteer driven, foster community spirit and take place in public spaces. F unding for a m aximum of $300 is available to assist with covering some event production costs. T here is no deadline for applications; however there is a finite amount of funding available. Applications are available online on the Parks and Leisure Services website on the “Planning a Special Event” page under the Community section. Certifi cates issued prior to July 29, 2013, will expire Jul y 29, 2018.
