Council then watched a short video which reviewed E- Comm’s Strategic Plan: Vision 2020. David Guscott, President and CEO thanked Officer in Charge, David Fleugel for his time and collaboration with E-Comm. Council thanked Mr. MacRae for his presentation. What is Workshop at a Glance? Ms. Carter noted that the report identifies the key projects that are going to be targeted over the next three years. Jim Charlebois, Manager of Communi- ty Planning, provided background in- formation on the Draft Strategy Plan, reviewed the summary of key messag- es and Council Resolutions that have been passed to date. Mr. Charlebois also updated Council on the Imple- mentation Plan structure, intent and matrix outline as well as the projects that are currently underway and those that are coming up within the next three years. Council discussed the Implementation Plan and passed a resolution to en- dorse the Implementation Plan Matrix and that the Manager of Economic Development be directed to provide feedback and options on the matrix. Albion Flats—Area Planning and Alternative Options for Land Use Jim Charlebois, Manager of Communi- ty Planning, introduced the Albion Flats—Area Planning and Alternative Options for Land Use report to Council. Ann Marie Whittaker, Planner II, made a presentation to Council that provided the recommended land use approach as well as the process moving forward for the Albion area. Council discussed the Albion Flats planning process to date and passed a resolution to endorse an option to re- visit the 2010 Charrette Options. Designation for Deputy Mayor Council passed the resolution of the designation by Mayor Read of Council- lor Shymkiw to serve as Deputy Mayor. Signing Authority for Accounts Council approved the signing authority for accounts at TD Canada Trust
