Jeff Fisher and Mark Sakai provided input on the relationship between the develop- ment community and the City through the Development Liaison Committee. Business Licensing Process Frank Quinn, General Manager: Public Works & Development Services provided Council with a verbal update on the Business Licensing Process. Sian Kane, Coordinator, Licences and Permits, presented Council with an overview of the business licensing process, the enhancements that have been made to the process and feedback that has been received from the business community. Ms. Kane also reviewed the areas that will receive further enhancements. What is Workshop at a Glance? Fire Apparatus Service Life Analysis The Fire Apparatus Service Life Analysis presentation was presented to Council at the No- vember 2, 2015 Committee of the Whole meeting. Laura Benson, Manager of Sustainability & Corporate Planning provided Council with infor- mation on the truck replacement practice of the Fire Department. Howard Exner, Deputy Fire Chief provided information regarding the considerations of the Fire Department when determining whether to replace a vehicle.
