Council passed a motion to request additional outreach services from BC Housing to
work with residents of the interim shelter during the exit timeframe ending with the
closure of the shelter on March 31, 2016.
Draft Metro Vancouver Regional Affordable
Housing Strategy
Christine Carter, Director of Planning introduced this item. Siobhan Murphy, Planner II
reviewed the comments included in the letter to Greg Moore, Chair of the Metro
Vancouver board that summarize Council’s discussions regarding the Draft Regional
Affordable Housing Strategy.
Council passed a resolution to send the letter to Metro Vancouver.
