introduced Scott Graham, Associate Executive Director, Manager of Research, Planning
and Consulting SPARC BC (Social Planning and Research Council of British Columbia).
Council had a facilitated discussion led by Mr. Graham, on the top priorities in the area
of substance use, mental health and homelessness in Maple Ridge.
Mr. Graham provided Council with an overview of the Social Services Research Project
and the results of the social services survey.
Council provided their comments on the gaps in social services issues, organizations
and identified the top three priority gaps.
