Consultation Outcomes and Hammond Area
Concept Plan Endorsement
Christine Carter, Director of Planning introduced this item and provided an update on
the Hammond Area Plan process to date and shared a video that included comments
from the public regarding the Hammond Area Preliminary Concept Plan.
Lisa Zosiak, Planner II, made a presentation to Council that captured the public
consultation process.
Council passed a resolution that the Hammond Area Concept Plan be endorsed and
directed staff to use the Hammond Area Concept Plan as a guide for the development
and basis for the preparation of an Area Plan Bylaw for Hammond.
