Council directed staff to move forward with the request to the owner to clean up the property located at 20841 McFarlane Avenue. Brand Review - Preliminary Findings Lino Siracusa, Manager of Economic Development, provided Council with background information on the brand review including how the research can be applied to develop a brand that reflects Council’s vision moving forward. Michelle Custodio, Illuminata Marketing made a presentation that provided an update on the brand review which included the objectives, approach, brand definitions, key findings, brand best practices, implications and next steps. CITY OF MAPLE RIDGE 11995 Haney Place Maple Ridge, BC V2X 6A9 Tel: 604-463-5221 Fax: 604-467-7329 www.mapleridge.ca enquiries@mapleridge.ca Review of Transportation Issues David Pollock, Municipal Engineer provided Council with an update on current transportation issues including;  Routing truck traffic onto the Haney Bypass rather than along Lougheed Highway  Cycling on sidewalks  Speed limits, specifically in the Town Centre Council passed a resolution that the sections of the report that relate to bicycles and speed limits in the Town Centre be forwarded to the Active Transportation Committee. Information Update - Draft Maple Ridge Zoning Bylaw Chuck Goddard, Manager of Development and Environmental Services, provided Council with an update on the Draft Maple Ridge Zoning Bylaw. Council directed staff to bring forward amendments to the zoning bylaw and include regulations related to Farm Home Plate on lands in the Agricultural Land Reserve.
