Constitution and Bylaws
Lino Siracusa, Manager of Economic Development reviewed the Pitt Meadows Airport
Society (PMAS) Constitution and Bylaws report with Council which recommended that
the proposed changes made by the City of Pitt Meadows and the Pitt Meadows Society
Constitution and Bylaws for Clauses 3.7 and 4.7 be approved.
Council directed staff to prepare a letter from the Chief Administrative Officer to the City
of Pitt Meadows’ Chief Administrative Officer outlining the concerns with the
recommended changes to Clauses 6.8, 15.1 and 15.2 and that if there is no agreement
on the final language for said Clauses that a facilitated session between the two
Councils be arranged to reach agreement on the constitution and bylaws for the Pitt
Meadows Airport Society.
